WorkerAppz Payments offers money transfer services for both businesses and individuals, including international transfers, currency exchange, and real-time payment services for individuals.
2. What currencies are supported for transactions?
For Business Transfers, we support a wide range of currencies, including USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, AED, JPY, CNY, INR, and many more.
For Individual Transfers, we support currencies such as USD, GBP, AED, JPY, THB, INR, and corridors including India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Ghana, and several African countries, among others.
3. What is the turnaround time (TAT) for payments?
- Swift Payments: Typically, Swift payments are completed within T+2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays may occur if additional information or RFIs (requests for information) are raised by either WorkerAppz Payments or our banking partners.
- Euro Payments: Euro payments are generally credited the same day or the next business day, provided they are within the processing time (cut-off time: 3 PM Dubai Time).
- Individual Payments: These are typically processed in real-time or same-day, unless RFIs arise, which may cause delays.
4. Are there any transaction fees?
Transaction fees depend on the agreement made between WorkerAppz Payments and the client. Fees will be disclosed prior to completing any transaction.
5. What are the transaction limits on WorkerAppz Payments?
Transaction limits vary depending on the currency type and the type of payment (business orindividual). For higher transaction limits, you will need to make a request, and the approval is ona case-by-case basis.
6. How do I increase my transaction limits?
If you wish to increase your transaction limits, please contact WorkerAppz Payments. Each request will be reviewed individually, and approval will be based on specific conditions.
7. How do I get a refund for a transaction?
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and approval will depend on the specifics of the transaction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please reach out to us for assistance.
8. What should I do if I experience a problem with my transaction?
If you encounter any issues with your transaction, please email operations@workerappz.com. We typically respond within 1 business working day to resolve any concerns. Alternatively, you can reach out to your relationship manager or country head for any escalations.
9. How can I check the status of my payment?
You can check the status of your payment via the respective portal. The status is available for each and every transaction initiated through the WorkerAppz portal.
10. Are there any prohibited activities on the WorkerAppz Payments platform?

11. Is my personal and financial information secure on WorkerAppz Payments?
Yes, we implement security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, please ensure that you keep your account information secure and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
12. Can I cancel a transaction after it’s been initiated?
Once a payment has been processed, it may not be able to be canceled. However, if there is a problem, you can reach out to our support team, and we will assess the situation on a case-by- case basis.

14. What is the cut-off time for transactions?
The cut-off time for processing Swift USD, Euro payments and other transactions is 3 PM Dubai Time. Payments initiated after this time may be processed on the following business day.

Yes, WorkerAppz Payments supports international transfers for both businesses and individuals across various countries and currencies.
16. Are there any countries where WorkerAppz Payments does not operate?
